When announcing the first O2 show on Instagram in June, Scott told fans it was “time to take it to [a] bigger speaker” after spending an extended period of time in the studio preparing for the release of his newest album, Utopia.

Selling out the first show for August 6th within 2 hours, Scott added a second show on August 7th to meet sky-high demand for the packed weekend of back to back sold out performances in the 20,000 person venue.

On Sunday, Scott brought Nigerian superstar Davido on stage and performed Fall and IF, with the charged-up crowd singing the songs word for word. Also in attendance throughout the weekend were Nigerian artist Wizkid and basketball and fashion superstars Kevin Durant and James Harden. Scott matched the crowd’s pulsating energy by coming out to his latest collaboration, “Hold That Heat” when he first took the stage. Other tracks performed by the Houston native included “Mamacita,” “Highest in the Room'' and “Escape Plan.” The artist surprised the maxed-out arena of fans by performing “God’s Country,” a previously unreleased record which was originally intended to be a part of the final tracklist for Kanye West’s Donda album.
