In spite of all the recent deaths and tragedies that have been taking place all across america, the Williams sisters prove why hard work and not paying attention to the haters and negativity will always put you on top! Venus and Serena won their…6th Wimbledon Doubles title in London England July 2016, while Serena brings home her 22nd Grand Slam Championship. This win helped Serena tie with Steffi Graf’s open era record for the most Wimbledon wins in history by beating out Angelique Kerber. We are almost certain that she will pass her up next season and set an all time new record for 23 Grand Slam titles.

Venus Williams on their recent doubles title: “I never want to make a mistake.  I don’t want to let Serena down.  She brought the energy from the singles on to the double’s court.”

Congratulations to Venus and Serena, for not only showing that we don’t have to become victims to our circumstances, but for showing all these young women that you don’t need to use your body to get ahead, just find something you love, stay focused and make it happen!!
