Protests in support of the families of black males slain by police officers, such as Eric Garner and Mike Brown, have been happening all over the country in recent weeks. This past Saturday, the #MillionsMarch protest campaign was held in Los Angeles. In attendance and on the front lines were a few notable hip-hop musicians making their voice be heard. Tyga, The Game, and DJ Mustard joined in on the protest, walking the LA streets chanting and holding signs in hopes of gaining justice and equality for black men across America. Shoutout to them for taking a stand and being role models in an industry and genre that is often stereotyped. Below are pictures and video from Saturday’s protest in Los Angeles.
