Last night, Teyana Taylor performed her most ambitious show to-date to a sold out audience at New York’s Grand Ballroom at Manhattan Center as part of Red Bull Music Festival New York.
The Harlem-born singer, songwriter, dancer, model and actress’ House of Petunia was a spectacular audio-visual experience that she described as her “dream live performance.” The show featured a massive stage design–one of the most elaborate ones that Red Bull Music Festival has seen to-date, mesmerizing choreography featuring 25 world-class dancers, extravagant costume changes and more.
She also brought out special guests including Fabolous to perform their song “Broken Hearted Girl,” Method Man to perform “Gonna Love Me,” her husband and Houston Rockets’ Iman Shumpert as part of a provocative performance to “3Way (K.T.S.E.),” featured a special tribute to friend Nipsey Hussle, brought out viral star Super B*tch to dance with her, and her daughter, Junie, helped her close out the show.
