New Video: Wale feat. Jeremih ‘The Body’

As long as this song has been topping charts, we’re just now getting a video to get bodied to?! And although we were expecting to see a bunch of Mercedes Benz’s, we think it was well worth the wait. Wale is closing out 2014 very well with his new mixtape and even curating an art exhibit he creatively titled ‘The Exhibit About Nothing.’ His album will be out in March so his 2015 his looking even brighter. Enjoy watching Wale and Jeremih serve the apples of their eyes in the video below.

Wale Shares Release Date for ‘The Album About Nothing’

Besides his hit ‘The Body’ with Jeremih, Wale has been laying pretty low lately but we all know he’s working on something. This week he released the mixtape ‘Festivus,’ honoring the made-up holiday from the Seinfeld show he adores. On the tape he shares his plans for The Album About Nothing, hyping fans with much anticipation. Meek Mill Released From Jail

After serving five months in Curran Fromhold Correction Facility in Philadelphia, out boy Meek Milly is finally free! He was sent to prison for a probation violation and this in turn caused him to push back the release of his sophomore album, Dreams Worth More Than Money. On conditions of his early release, Meek is not allowed to travel outside of Philly, and has been assigned to anger management counseling and community service. He will have to go before a judge again upon completion of community service and anger classes to be granted his traveling privileges. We may not see this album until next year, but we know it’ll be worth the wait. Welcome Home Meek!

New Video: Wale ‘The Followers’

Wale takes us on a slight mind trip atop the California Hills in his new song and video ’The Followers.’ The video sticks with Wale’s Seinfeld them by featuring a short clip from the classic tv show. ‘The Followers’ will be on Nas’ Mass Appeal compilation and you can expect that very soon. The Album About Nothing will not drop until early next year. Wale Announces Tour and Upcoming Album

Wale is on his way back to the scene since releasing his single ’The Body’ featuring Jeremih that is from his upcoming album The Album About Nothing. Last year, Complex magazine released a list for the top 50 albums of the year and Wale’s album The Gifted did not make the list, causing him to call the magazine and exchange a few friendly words. The good folks over at Complex are willing to make things right so they have put Wale and his pal Jerry Seinfeld the cover for the December/January issue. The Album About Nothing can be expected early next year, making this his fourth studio album. Check out Wale and Jerry Seinfield’s take on what happened before the infamous call to Complex.

Wale will also be heading out on tour at the start of next year for ‘The Simply Nothing’ tour. He will begin in his home-area of the DMV on January 1st and complete the tour on February 19th in Norfolk, Virginia. Tickets will go on sale on November 21st. The dates for ‘The Simply Nothing Tour’ can be found below.

Meek Mill Tweets and Releases New Song

Having been put back in jail a few months ago on what some are calling bogus violation of probation charges, Meek Mill has had to push back the release date of his new album. That has not stopped him from updating fans, tweeting or releasing new music. Last night, Meek’s Twitter account tweeted “F#@K YOU MEAN BOI” right after his single ‘Fuck You Mean’ featuring Lil Boosie popped up on the internet. In the song, Meek Mill hits us with his ever so popular line from ‘Dreams and Nightmares’ right off the bat and then flies right into hot verses. Boosie flies out of the gates as well, just as raw as ever. Take a listen below.
